A healthy local food system needs diverse businesses. Since NCFI has been helping product developers, chefs and restaurateurs, entrepreneurs and land-based businesses build thriving venues for customers.

• We provide support, guidance and technical assistance for new and growing food businesses in Northern Colorado. Whether you are a farm, a ranch, a catering firm, whatever you sell from salsa to exotic herbs, we want to talk with you.
• We are always on the look-out for new ways to promote the interests of our local food system and businesses. Through winter-time farmers markets, conferences and the forthcoming permanent Community Marketplace, we’re working to help our community thrive.
