• Build new and revitalized infrastructure: e.g., greenhouses and shared kitchens
• Educate residents and decision-makers to buy seasonally from local sources
• Preserve working landscapes and resources for food production
• Develop capacity for paid staff – 80% of efforts shown below are volunteer-based
